Yes. To respect our stylists' time and ensure availability for all our clients, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will automatically be deducted from your total balance on the day of your service.

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

For starter locs, consistency is crucial. We recommend coming in every 3 to 4 weeks to train the hair. Once your locs are fully matured, visiting us every 4 to 6 weeks is the sweet spot to maintain neatness and prevent thinning at the roots.
